Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly & annual sales targets and ensure profitability.
- Ensure products are listed in the approved vendor lists of consultants, contractors, and end clients.
- Travel extensively to meet existing and potential customers.
- Generate new enquiries, monitor ongoing/upcoming projects, and identify new markets.
- Lead and guide the sales team to meet their targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for growth.
- Participate in exhibitions to understand market needs.
Requirements:
- Experience: 18+ years in Sales & Marketing.
- Qualification: B.E (Mechanical/Civil preferred) + MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Strong contacts with EPC contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Knowledge of fabrication and welding preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (English a must).
- Willing to travel extensively.
