- Responsible for sales targets of the branded products vertical for key geographies of TS, AP, and OD, through channel sales & institutional sales
- Business Development & Expansion - appointment of new distributors, retailers, and exclusive brand stores as per the company norms
- Monitoring, upskilling, managing & improving productivity of the sales team.
- Implementation of company policy relating to sales, expense claims, branding, schemes & incentives, warranty claims, etc.
- Competitor Tracking & Reporting
- Product / Channel Segmentation & Range Selling - Upselling / Cross Selling / etc.
- To develop and implement Sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyse Market trends and growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Track and Analyse Sales performance data and share reports to Management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and foster a high-performance team culture.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create effective promotional campaigns and channel engagement events.
