The Opportunity

We are looking for a General Manager (GM) - AI Vertical to own and scale one of our AI business verticals end-to-end. You will lead a cross-functional team of AI Agent Product Managers, Forward Deployed Engineers, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Sales Managers to acquire, onboard, and grow mission-critical voice AI campaigns for India's largest consumer enterprises.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution across sales, operations, and customer success. We are already India's largest-scale player in this market with the strongest product. Responsibilities

- Own the P&L for your AI vertical, including growing revenue (new & existing) and improving gross and contribution margins.

- Lead the end-to-end customer lifecycle: sales - onboarding - stabilization - upsell/cross-sell.

- Deploy large-scale Voice AI Agents for top consumer enterprises, ensuring they become mission-critical to millions of customer interactions.

- Engage deeply with customers - from discovery and demos to solving technical challenges and tailoring solutions to their processes.

- Act as a trusted partner to VP and C-level executives, guiding AI roadmaps and aligning deployments with strategic goals.

- Run feedback loops into Product & Engineering, channeling real-world insights to improve adoption and scalability.

- Be a builder at heart - diving into complex problems, crafting elegant AI-driven solutions, and scaling them rapidly.

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in AI Implementation, Product Management, P&L Ownership (Sales/ Operations/ CS), or Strategy Consulting, ideally in AI-native or adjacent domains.

- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape large-scale AI deployments.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives.

- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, shaping solutions while driving execution.

- (Preferred) Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
