Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive bench management strategy, minimizing bench aging and improving utilization
- Lead demand-supply planning by partnering with global business and delivery stakeholders
- Act as a central point of coordination for resource allocation, movement, and deployment
- Monitor utilization, productivity, and workforce efficiency across projects
- Identify skill gaps and recommend upskilling / reskilling initiatives to build future-ready capabilities
- Proactively identify redundancy and deployment risks; suggest corrective actions
- Provide leadership-level reporting on utilization, bench strength, and workforce health
Candidate Profile:
- 12+ years of experience in Resource Management / Workforce Planning / Capacity Planning
- Strong background in ITES / IT Services organizations
- Proven expertise in bench management and utilization optimization
- Experience working with global stakeholders and complex delivery models
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
