General Manager - Regulatory - Real Estate

About the Role:

Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring a General Manager - Regulatory for Mumbai's leading listed real estate developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct negotiations with concerned authorities for obtaining certifications and approvals required to initiate project activities.

- Represent the organization while engaging with committees and various bodies to facilitate real estate business progress.

- Liaise with committees, top management, and government officials to ensure timely initiation of work.

- Interpret statutory changes from time to time and implement them in a manner that safeguards the organizations interests.

- Manage high rise 40+ storey permissions.

Requirements:

- BE Civil with 12+ years of relevant experience in real estate, handling mainly the Mumbai region.

- Exposure to large scale projects with a minimum company turnover of 2500 Cr.

- Strong knowledge and proficiency in DCR (Development Control Regulations).
