Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

- Align regional objectives with corporate goals.
Team Leadership:

Partnership Management:

- Use insights to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure smooth logistics, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Monitor and optimize distribution efficiency.
Performance Metrics:
- Set and track KPIs related to sales, distribution coverage, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
Budget Management:
- Manage regional budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Leadership: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the mobile industry, including devices, networks, and customer trends.
