Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a General Manager Real Estate & High-Rise Projects.

- The General Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise and real estate projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project teams and contractors, reviewing designs and technical specifications, monitoring construction progress, and resolving operational issues on-site.

- The role involves collaborating with architects, consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities to secure approvals and maintain compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

- The General Manager will also manage project financials, support bidding and contract negotiations, prepare progress reports for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement in construction methods, safety, and stakeholder communication.

Total Experience: 12 - 18 years

Qualifications:

- Strong experience in real estate and high-rise project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover.

- Proficiency in construction operations, site management, and coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

- Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, statutory approvals, and compliance requirements for high-rise developments.

- Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, contract review, and vendor negotiation.

- Leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams, mentor site staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to present clear progress updates and reports.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk management, quality assurance, and process improvement.

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications (e., PMP, RICS) are an advantage.

- Proven experience handling large-scale residential or commercial high-rise projects in an on-site leadership capacity, preferably in Bengaluru or similar urban markets.
