General Manager - Property Acquisition

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Leading the expansion plans of the organization, meeting with the developers, negotiations and closure of the deal. Preparing the presentation for the internal stakeholders for their approval.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Expansion:

- Understand and analyze the opportunity strategically and financially

- Negotiate the MOU / Lease deed and close the deal

- Leading the expansion plans of the organization, meeting with the developers, negotiations and closure of the deal. Preparing the presentation for the internal stakeholders for their approval.

- Manage the internal stakeholders

- Co-ordinate with various departments in the organization till the project is live

- Co-ordinate with global team for the approval of the project

- Regular interaction with legal team regarding due diligence and documentation of the project

Financial and strategic Analysis:

- Analyse the competition performance

- Analyse the competition landscape and its impact on the attendance in case of a competitive location

Liaison:

- Liaison with developers and brokers to increase the brand value of the organization

- Any other market analysis that company may deem fit for a particular site
