About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Projects to lead and manage large-scale high-rise residential projects for a reputed real estate developer. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in MIVAN construction technology and should have successfully executed high-rise buildings up to G+25 floors or above.

The role demands strong leadership, project execution capability, stakeholder management, cost control expertise, and the ability to ensure timely delivery with quality and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects from planning to handover

- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies

- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards

- Monitor construction progress and resolve site-related challenges proactively

MIVAN Construction Management

- Manage and supervise projects using MIVAN shuttering/formwork technology

- Ensure proper implementation of MIVAN systems for speed, quality, and structural efficiency

- Coordinate with consultants, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless execution

High-Rise Project Expertise

- Handle execution of G+25 floor residential/commercial towers

- Ensure compliance with structural, architectural, and statutory requirements

- Monitor RCC works, finishing activities, waterproofing, fa- ade, and MEP coordination

Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead large site execution teams, contractors, consultants, and vendors

- Coordinate with architects, liaison teams, procurement, and management

- Conduct regular project review meetings and MIS reporting to senior management

Budgeting & Cost Control

- Monitor project costing, material utilization, and contractor billing

- Ensure effective cost optimization without compromising quality

- Manage procurement planning and inventory control

Quality & Safety Compliance

- Ensure adherence to safety norms, QA/QC standards, and construction best practices

- Implement site safety protocols and maintain zero-incident culture

- Ensure compliance with local authority approvals and regulatory standards

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Strong experience in real estate/developer companies

- Proven track record in execution of high-rise residential projects

- Hands-on experience in MIVAN technology

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC structures, finishing works, MEP coordination, and project management tools

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects under tight timelines

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 15+ years of experience in real estate construction

- Must have worked on MIVAN-based projects

- Must have executed High-Rise Buildings (G+25 Floors or above)

- Experience with reputed real estate developers preferred
