Position: General Manager - Projects

Location: Delhi (Mall Projects only)

Reporting To: CEO / Head of Projects

Role Purpose:-

The General Manager - Projects will oversee execution of mall construction projects in Delhi, with a particular focus on steel structures and large-format commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Lead end-to-end execution of mall projects in Delhi.

- Provide expertise in steel structure construction.

- Manage contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor budgets, timelines, and resource utilization.

- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

- Collaborate with design and planning teams for seamless execution.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

- 15+ years of experience in project execution, with a focus on malls/commercial complexes.

- Proven expertise in steel structures and large-scale construction.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Delhi construction norms and vendor ecosystem
