General Manager - Projects - Construction Business

The General Manager (GM) Projects, who is an architect, will be tasked with supervising the planning, design, and implementation of construction projects from their inception to their completion. This position merges architectural knowledge with project management abilities to guarantee that projects adhere to all specifications, are finalised punctually, remain within budget, and achieve the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and ensure the successful completion of the project, from installation to handover.

- Formulate a comprehensive action plan that includes scheduling, resource allocation, and a detailed work plan.

- Evaluate potential risks and create contingency strategies.

- Coordinate work and contributions from a diverse range of stakeholders.

- Lead and manage Techno Creative projects effectively.

- Elaborate on delivery tasks, create checklists, and identify creative content and technology partners.

- Oversee a team comprising vendors, consultants, internal teams, and clients.

- Establish a strong and transparent reporting framework to enhance accountability.
