Description:
- The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of the business.
- They will be responsible for maintaining the standard of work from employees as well as onboarding and hiring new team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development for films including optically interlayer films.
- Build and manage strong relationships with glass processors, architects, PMCs, consultants, and key project decision-makers.
- Identify new opportunities through structured lead generation, funnel management, and project specification.
- Work closely with sales teams on zone-wise strategy, key accounts, and project closures.
- Coordinate with technical and product teams to understand customer needs and support product improvement and new developments.
- Monitor project conversion performance, manage pipeline data, and prepare MIS and performance reports.
- Lead negotiations with large clients, ensuring commercial viability and policy compliance.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, trainings, and product demos to drive awareness and specifications.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in project sales / specification-driven business development.
- Exposure to architectural materials, glass, fa- ades, or allied building materials preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
