General Manager - Program Management/Supply Chain Operations

You are Responsible for:

Program Management:

- Lead and manage supply chain projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Process Optimization:

- Analyze existing supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain performance, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of customer experience and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network design, planning, line haul, business finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of supply chain activities.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and achievements.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
