We are seeking an individual experienced in overseeing the operations of an export-oriented manufacturing unit specialising in electrical or electronics products. 2. Last 5-10 years of experience in heading multi-location plant operations and should have handled INR 100 crore to INR 300 crore size turnover. 3. The desired educational background includes a Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/B.Tech or M.Tech) in Electrical/Electronics, coupled with a proven track record of 15+ years of professional experience. 4. Exposure to ERP is a must 5. Language fluency in Marathi is essential in addition to English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning: Work alongside senior management to devise and execute operational strategies that align with the company's objectives. 2. Manufacturing Leadership: Supervise all aspects of manufacturing operations, particularly in the domain of relays or coil manufacturing. This includes overseeing production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards. 3. Process Improvement:.Identify opportunities for optimising processes, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency. Lead initiatives aimed at boosting productivity and minimising waste.Implementation of Value Engineering, MOST, Time Study, OEE Calculation, Industry 4.0, etc. initiatives, and automation in the organisation. PQCDSM-based optimum production 4. Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality benchmarks, regulatory mandates, and industry best practices. Implement robust quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to customers.Exposure to TPM, KAIZEN, KANBAN, 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing desired 5. Supply Chain Management: Manage supply chain and procurement activities to guarantee the timely availability of raw materials and components for production, while adhering to SEZ rules and regulations. 6. Team Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the operations team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving work culture. 7. Health and Safety: Prioritise and enforce safety protocols, establishing a secure work environment for all employees. 8. Compliance: Possess comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in adhering to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001 standards.
