General Manager - Production - Jewellery Manufacturing

Role Overview:

We are looking for a General Manager - Production to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a luxury jewellery manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead production planning and end-to-end plant operations.

- Drive productivity, profitability, quality and on-time delivery.

- Manage manpower, inventory, procurement and production costs.

- Drive loss control and operational efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards.

- Handle technical challenges, labour/IR and large production teams.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.

Ideal Candidate:

- 18+ years of experience in jewellery manufacturing - luxury fabrication.

- Strong knowledge of jewellery manufacturing, diamonds and jewellery products.

- Technical background with strong plant operations experience.

- Proven expertise in manpower management, labour/IR and team leadership.

- Strong commercial and operational understanding.
