- Continuously monitor and adjust workflows to meet production goals.

- Oversee inventory control of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.

- Ensure the optimal use of resources to meet production targets.

- Work with procurement teams to ensure raw materials are available for production and minimize delays.

- Monitor and control production-related expenses.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.

- Ensure the safe operation of machinery and equipment to prevent accidents.

- Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to create a safe working environment.

- Implement environmental best practices, reducing waste and energy consumption.

- Address any production-related issues, including equipment breakdowns, delays, or quality problems.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and implement CAPA to avoid recurrence of breakdowns.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is well-maintained and quickly restored when failures occur.

- Work to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met despite challenges.

- Work closely with R&D to implement product innovations and new launches.

- Communicate with sales and marketing teams to align production with market demand.

- Liaise with the supply chain to ensure the timely delivery of raw materials and distribution of finished products.

- Prepare and present production reports on performance, costs, quality, and KPIs to senior management.

- Maintain accurate records of production activities.

- Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
