General Manager - Captive Manufacturing (Aerospace) | Bengaluru We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our clients Bengaluru captive precision manufacturing facility and integrate it into their UK-based global supply chain. This role drives operational excellence, capability development and the successful transfer of aerospace machining work from the UK. Key Responsibilities: - Lead site operations, capability building, and alignment with UK manufacturing and quality standards. - Drive work transfer including planning, machining, FAIR, and delivery. - Build world-class aerospace machining capabilities-equipment, tooling, processes, and team skills. - Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, HSE, certifications, and aerospace data security. - Own P&L, operating budgets, capacity planning, and CapEx proposals. - Lead workforce planning, recruitment, training, and performance management. - Act as the primary interface between India and UK leadership. Requirements: - 10+ years in CNC manufacturing /Precision Engineering/Aereospac domain. - Proven GM/Plant Manager leadership in India. - Strong financial and operational management capability. - Engineering degree required.
