General Manager - Plant Head

Key Responsibilities

- Drive financial & operational excellence by implementing best practices, systems, and continuous improvements.

- Develop new techniques to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and optimize resource utilization.

- Manage inventory effectively for smooth production cycles.

- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of quality material for customer satisfaction.

- Build and maintain a positive work culture to attract, retain, and motivate employees.

- Support growth & expansion projects (Greenfield and Brownfield).

- Strong Plant Operations Management skills.

- Knowledge of TQM, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.

- Strong in greenfield and brownfield expansion

- Techno-commercial expertise.

- Strong in Planning, Coordination & Expansion Projects.

- Excellent Leadership & People Management skills.

Experience & Qualifications

- 18+ years of overall experience.

- At least 7-8 years as Plant Head.

- Qualification: BE (Mechanical) + post-graduation.
