General Manager - Planning - Automotive

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead, manage and control the line-up of each model, including categories strategies and plan.

- Create and control the process of product planning, concept testing and issuing development information Engineering team.

- Initiate Market Research, Customer Survey and align with Customer to grasp the market requirements and needs.

- Create and manage the accessories line-up plan for each model, aligned with expected business growth and accessories trend.

- Align with TMC (Toyota Motor Corporation) guidelines, Develop and control required internal processes and tools to meet TMC milestones and requirements.

- Manage Communication with Engineering for development information and new ideas and concepts.

- Manage and control the alignment between Sales and Engineering department in terms of Lineup approvals, Initial price estimation, freezing the development plan.

- Manage Communication between all the Stakeholders

- Align with Management on Mid-term & Long-Term Plan and Prepare the Action plan & implementation in the team.

- Manage the Team & Planning Processes

Preferred candidate profile :

- Education- Engineering Bachelors or masters degree in planning or project management.
