General Manager - Planning & Logistics

1. Build the Future fit Responsive Supply chain:

- Build the strategy for Planning and Logistics Operations that aligns with organisational goals

- Optimise the Supply chain operations, build tactical capabilities - short, medium, long term horizon Supply planning, Warehousing, Inventory management & logistics operations

2. Ensure cost efficient high OTIF delivery in evolving environment:

- Support Multiple Business Units initiatives with high On-Time FG availability, On-Time New product launches, maintain high Stocks freshness.

- Build Digital commerce agility in Supply chain Planning & Logistics operations

- Logistics operations - manage on time dispatch & delivery with cost efficient logistics models

- Compliance management - Logistics operations - EHS, legal compliance in Warehouse operations

3. Manage External & Internal Complexities:

- Ensure deliveries in complex external Supply chain environments of

i. International markets - challenging Geo-political scenarios

ii. India market - emerging MT / ecommerce channel

- Manage internal complex / multiple stakeholders and workstreams, Multiple Business Units, Manufacturing-Multi factory operations - coordination, alignment and delivery. The role acts a bridge between Supply Chain Business partners from multiple Business units and Operations team ensuring high degree of collaboration for both business and Operational needs, manage constraints and deliver OTIF

4. Accelerate Process Harmonisation & Supply Chain Digitalisation:

- Drive SNOP effectiveness with process standardisation, stakeholders and goals alignment

- Build Process led Supply chain operations - drive Process documentation, alignment and adoption

- Supply chain Digitalisation - Lead Digital Planning capabilities with Planning tools identification, implementation & adoption

5. Build a Winning team and Supply Chain leadership pipeline:

- Guide the team to manage processes and routine operations with ownership

- Build the team to manage and navigate in ambiguous and complex situations

- Build the Leadership pipeline - develop high performing next generation supply chain leaders
