Role Overview:
The General Manager - Partner Acquisition role is a critical leadership position responsible for driving the growth of our partner network. This role involves identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic partners who can leverage our loyalty fintech solutions to enhance their offerings and expand their reach. The General Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute partner acquisition strategies. This role directly impacts the company's revenue growth, market penetration, and overall success in the competitive loyalty landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy to identify, target, and recruit strategic partners across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's strategic objectives and revenue targets.
- Onboard new partners and provide ongoing support to ensure their success in leveraging our loyalty fintech solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to drive partner engagement and revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize partner programs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partner opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful B2B sales and partner acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with strategic partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of the fintech landscape and loyalty programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 9-15 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, or Partner Acquisition.
