Account management: - Works closely with VP Digital Marketing, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach to the channel - Ensures best practice and innovation in all Paid campaigns - Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues - Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team - Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development - Conducts forecasting for the annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitability - Contributes to new business development when required People management: - Ability to proactively engage cross-functional teams to execute the growth strategy and drive client success - Develop account management team's personal growth, actively up-skilling the team by staying up to date on best practices within Techmagnate and calibrating them to the market in collaboration with VP Digital - Monitor and analyse metrics and proactively take steps to improve results across, through the wider account management team to drive collective success Skills: - Ability to forecast expected outcomes of brand and ROI campaigns and mange spends accordingly - Proven expertise with relevant platform tools (doubleClick Bid Manager, Google AdWords tools and platforms such as YT, DV360, GDN etc. along with GA4, Meta tools and platforms); Media Research Tools (ComScore, GWI, TGI etc.) - Strong written & verbal communication skills - Strong organizational skill and process oriented - Proven problem solving skill and ability to think out of the box - Detail oriented and proactive rather than responsive - Strong time management skill What skills and qualifications are required? - 9+ years of relevant experience, with minimum five years of being in a people management role - Prior senior account management role in known Digital Marketing Agencies, or similar role on brand side with hands on campaign planning (minimum five years); campaign set-up (minimum six years); campaign optimization (minimum six years); tracking and reporting (minimum six years); budget handling of INR 5 Cr and above per project a month (minimum six years); Affiliate & Programmatic vendors networking on boarding and management (minimum two years) - Solid experience in managing diverse teams, setting goals and managing performance indicators to get the best out of an individual and build high performing team - Strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by partnering with senior clients and monitoring/identifying trends in data to create winning strategies for the business - Experience in managing full funnel campaigns for a wide range of clients (specifically BFSI; Healthcare; Fantasy Gaming and e-commerce etc.) across various verticals and geo locations - Outstanding relationship management skills, empathetic in understanding diverse perspectives and able influence without authority - Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn what is needed to support the campaigns successful implementation and optimization - Empathetic, Passionate, hungry for both personal and team success
