General Manager - Operations - Plant

Experiences should be 15+ years

- Core operational exposure in Dairy / Foods / Ready To Eat / Namkeens / snacks, masalas/spices manufacturing industry.

- Delivering results as per the production targets with the active support of other functions viz Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, R&D, Maintenance, Utility.

- Develop and implement suitable strategies and systems to optimize production/productivity.

- Ensure smooth workflow integration across manufacturing teams and maintain optimal plant performance.

- Drive continuous improvement, process control, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement through automation.

- Implement lean manufacturing practices to achieve business goals and customer commitments.

- Maintain product quality within specifications and ensure timely delivery for domestic and export markets.

- Thorough knowledge in business certifications like AGMARK, EIA, FSSAI, ISO22000, FSSC, etc.,

- Collaborate closely with Sales team for timely dispatch of finished goods.

- MIS reports (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) as per management requirements.

- Foster team building and develop a positive work environment.

- Ensure statutory compliances with industrial norms and overall plant management.

- Responsible for plant's Profit & Loss, including budgeting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring to achieve business objectives.
