Job Title: Operations - GM/VP
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, and Leadership
Education: MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing & Production:
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing and production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and lean manufacturing practices to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Supply Chain Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain and production strategies to drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and improved service levels.
- Lead S&OP processes, demand forecasting, and capacity planning to align production with market demand.
Operations Management:
- Oversee manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, procurement, and roduction scheduling.
- Monitor and enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production throughput, yield, fill rates, inventory turnover, and cost efficiencies.
Project & Process Improvement:
- Spearhead strategic projects involving automation, IoT, and ERP/digital transformation initiatives to streamline operations and production.
- Drive lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, minimize waste, and optimize vendor and resource management.
Cost Optimization & Vendor Management:
- Implement cost-reduction strategies across manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to improve service quality and negotiate favorable terms.
Strategic Initiatives & Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to support business growth, capacity expansion, and operational scalability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale manufacturing and production operations while implementing technology-driven solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving significant improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory reduction, cost savings, and production efficiency
