Responsibilities 1. Managing routine operation of the company for its various functions namely: a. Supply Chain b. Design Engineering c. Technical Development d. MIS e. Accounting and banking f. HR & Admin g. Business development in India 2. Budgeting and finance controls, approvals, policy decisions in consultation 3. Formulate strategy with support from Parent company and plan growth. 4. Setting up policies and defining business processes. 5. Ensuring employees safety , retention and develop professionally. 6. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance. 7. Maintain work centers for employees 8. Manage the new business/s created or acquired in India a. due diligence, negotiation, and acquisitions of businesses. b. Review and reconstitute management structure and operation of each c. Planning processes and routines to operate these entities through their management by developing routines and reviews 9. Statutory compliances through CA and secretary of all entities 10. Management reports on VTI operation to Parent company 11. Other activities as assigned from VTC CEO.
