About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned General Manager Operations to lead multi-centre operations, strengthen program delivery, and ensure long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with expertise in operations strategy, donor engagement, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across centres, ensuring SOP compliance & service quality.
- Drive expansion, new centre launches, and process standardization.
- Mentor & manage staff, build capacity, and strengthen HR processes.
- Ensure financial oversight, donor engagement, and CSR sustainability.
- Oversee compliance, audits, and risk management.
- Implement MIS/ERP systems for real-time reporting & decision-making.
- Report key operational updates to management & stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Operations/Business Management.
- 10+ years experience in operations leadership (nonprofit/healthcare/service sector preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multi-location teams & large-scale operations.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and compliance orientation.
