We are looking for a seasoned General Manager to lead the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a growing organization in the Gypsum Board manufacturing industry. This is a leadership role for someone who can drive business growth, operational excellence, and sustainable practices.

Key Requirements:

- 15-20 years of overall experience

- Minimum 5 years as a Profit Center Head in a Gypsum Board manufacturing company

- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and operational expertise

Role Overview:

The General Manager will:

- Drive strategic growth and market expansion

- Lead end-to-end operations including production, distribution, and sales

- Ensure financial performance and profitability targets are met

- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team

- Strengthen relationships with stakeholders, partners, and customers
