Warburttons has been retained to identify General Manager Operations by our client who have coal mining operations in Indonesia Position - General Manager Operations Location - Indonesia As an GM Operations, you will: - Understand & Represent the Promoters Concessions in Indonesia Coal Mines - Ensure Coal production process stays on course for targeted deliveries - Cross-functional coordination in Indonesia Coal Mines for monitoring business process - Routine reporting on all mine activities and production to the Promoters based in India - Understand Coal trends & practices and report back to the Promoters in India The Successful Applicant : - Should have completed BTech in Mining Engineering - Should have minimum of 10 years of experience in coal mining operations - Should be well versed with local language of Indonesia - Should Understand have exposure of the Coal mining in Indonesia/Overseas Market - Should be Experienced in Overseas Project Coordination
