About the Role
MG Motor is seeking an experienced General Manager Service to lead and oversee the entire after-sales service operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving service excellence, managing service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving operational and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall service operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient service delivery.
- Oversee workshop operations, service processes, and quality standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, service revenue, productivity, and customer retention.
- Implement service strategies, process improvements, and best practices.
- Coordinate with technical teams for issue resolution and escalations.
- Ensure compliance with MG Motors service guidelines, policies, and brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise service teams and workshop staff.
- Manage budgets, resource planning, and service profitability.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1015+ years of experience in automotive service operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and analytical skills
