BI Executive Search is advising one of the leading, well-diversified conglomerates for its Healthcare Vertical (Single Specialty Hospital Chain) as part of their expansion journey.

We are looking to onboard a dynamic leader for the role of:

GM Operations & Strategy

Location: Gurgaon (Corporate Role)

Role Overview:

This is a high-impact corporate leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic growth, and multi-location expansion across North & West India.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end operations & strategy for multiple hospital units

- Drive P&L ownership, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement

- Spearhead Greenfield & Brownfield projects from planning to execution

- Establish and standardize SOPs, operational frameworks & governance models

- Ensure NABH compliance & quality standards across units

- Oversee manpower planning, productivity optimization & team structuring

- Strengthen doctor engagement, retention & clinical alignment

- Enable seamless multi-location operational integration and scalability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 12+ years of experience in hospital operations & strategy

- Currently managing Regional / Cluster-level operations in a Single Specialty Hospital Chain (preferred)

- Strong exposure to P&L management, hospital setup, and scale-up operations

- Proven experience in multi-unit leadership across geographies

- Expertise in process design, SOP implementation, and quality frameworks.
