Key Responsibilities

P&L Leadership & Business Strategy:

- Own the end-to-end P&L responsibility for parks in Eastern UP, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and profitability.

- Develop and execute a localized park positioning and business strategy.

- Continuously monitor and optimize financial and operating metrics.

Local Revenue Generation & Partnerships:

- Lead institutional sales efforts, building strategic partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and residential communities to drive bulk sales and engagement.

- Develop customized offers and group sales strategies, leveraging local networks.

- Work closely with the Central Revenue Team to align local initiatives with broader strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Act as the bridge between central corporate teams (Shared Centralized Functions such as Marketing, Events, Revenue, F&A, HR) and local park teams, ensuring strategic alignment while empowering local decision-making.

- Partner with central teams for co-sensing and co-experimenting with innovative customer joy strategies and revenue strategies.

Operational Excellence & Guest Experience:

- Ensure world-class operational standards across all parks, focusing on safety, service quality, and infrastructure management.

- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements to enhance the visitor experience.

Data-Driven Strategy & Innovation:

- Use data insights and performance metrics to guide business decisions, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and guest satisfaction.

- Regularly analyse and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying risks and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in operations, business management, or hospitality, with at least 5 years in mid-to-senior leadership role managing multi-site operations.

- Proven experience in P&L management, institutional sales, and partnership development.

- Experience working at the intersection of corporate strategy and local execution is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with the entertainment, theme park, or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution abilities, capable of managing complexity and scale.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large operational budgets.

- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and inspire large teams.

- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with institutional partners and local communities.

- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
