Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, planning, supply chain, and EHS.

- Drive manufacturing excellence through Lean, TPM, and automation initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with OEM requirements, global quality standards, and export market regulations.

- Collaborate with R&D and marketing for new product industrialisation and process optimisation.

- Oversee manpower planning, training, and development to build a high-performance operations team.

- Ensure adherence to statutory, labour, environmental, and sustainability norms (SMETA, SEDEX, FSC/EUDR).

- Monitor KPIs such as OEE, scrap reduction, cost per ton, energy efficiency, and report directly to top management.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 18 to 25 years, with at least 10+ years in the tyre industry (bicycle, motorcycle, automotive tyres or tubes)

- Proven track record of managing operations in a modern manufacturing facility.

- Strong exposure to OEM supplies, quality systems (IATF 16949/ISO 9001), and export market compliance.

- Hands-on knowledge of tyre/tube manufacturing processes: mixing, calendaring, extrusion, curing, finishing.

- Demonstrated achievements in process improvement, cost optimisation, and team leadership.

Education:

- B.Tech/ Production / Rubber Technology.

- Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM will be an advantage
