A leading organization in the travel and events industry is looking for an experienced professional to lead and grow its MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) business.

Position: General Manager - MICE

Location: Delhi (Corporate Office)

Experience Required: 12-15 Years

Role Overview:

- The General Manager - MICE will be responsible for leading the MICE vertical, driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of high-impact events.

- This is a senior leadership role requiring strong business acumen and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in the MICE business.

- Manage annual budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Lead centralized MICE & Leisure operations across locations to ensure smooth execution.

- Oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of MICE events.

- Drive sales performance and new business acquisition within the corporate MICE segment.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.

- Develop partnerships with hotels, venues, and vendors to deliver value-driven experiences.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Key Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in the MICE industry with leadership exposure.

- Strong understanding of the corporate MICE market and destination management.

- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Strong networking ability and business development mindset.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

- MBA preferred.

- Experience with Travel Management Companies (TMC) or Event Management companies is highly desirable
