Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify key industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
- Develop strategic Nomination plans to position Elastic products and services effectively within target markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Nomination strategies with business objectives.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate leads through targeted marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Nurture leads through the sales funnel by delivering compelling messaging and content.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into customers and drive revenue growth.
3. Product Marketing and Positioning:
- Develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
- Create marketing coll- Create marketing collateral, including presentations, datasheets, and case studies, to highlight the value of Elastic solutions.
- Support product launches and promotions with effective marketing campaigns.
4. Partner and Channel Development:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary technology vendors, resellers, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-selling opportunities.
- Support channel enablement activities to ensure partners are equipped to promote and sell Elastic solutions effectively.
5. Customer Engagement and Retention:
- Engage with existing customers to gather feedback, understand use cases, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
- Develop customer advocacy programs to showcase success stories and drive referrals.
- Implement retention strategies to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Analyse data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and insights to stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably in the textile accessories industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Familiarity with Elastic products and solutions, as well as the broader data analytics and search technology landscape.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Should have good exposure to TIRUPUR, COIMBATORE, CHENNAI Garment industry manufacturers.
