Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven professional with high ownership to lead our Retail portfolio. As the Head of the Retail business, you will be responsible for growing the retail customer base and capturing greater wallet share.
You will collaborate closely with category leads from 2W and New Initiatives to drive growth. Your customer focus, data proficiency, and ability to craft and lead multi-channel marketing initiatives will be essential to achieving our objectives.
Responsibilities:
Customer Lifecycle Management:
- Use data-driven insights to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.
- Design strategies to optimize the customer journey from acquisition to retention and advocacy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and engaging customer experiences.
Team Leadership and Motivation:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team with clear guidance and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and improvement-focused work environment.
- Define performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to ensure team success.
KPI Achievement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities.
- Develop strategies to consistently exceed targets for acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Analyze marketing data to generate insights and optimize return on investment (ROI).
User Obsession:
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Collaborate with category teams to continuously improve customer experience.
- Champion a user-first approach in all marketing strategies and decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Multi-Channel Marketing:
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels.
- Work with internal and external partners to develop impactful marketing content and assets.
- Use performance data to optimize channel strategy and reduce CAC and user subsidies.
Skills Required:
- Stakeholder Communication: Proactively drive alignment, manage cross-functional collaboration, and handle negotiations and conflict resolution.
- Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and manage a high-performing, innovative team.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- User Obsession: Leverage customer insights to inform strategy and improve experience across business verticals.
- Roadmap Planning: Shape marketing roadmaps aligned with business priorities, working closely with other teams for execution.
- Product Thinking: Approach problems with structured thinking, validate with data, and apply appropriate product or marketing toolkits.
- Data/Metrics Driven: Define and monitor KPIs, use analytics to inform decisions, and iterate strategies.
- Multi-Channel Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, offline campaigns, and creative optimization to ensure high ROI.
