General Manager - Marketing
Strategic:
1. Custodian Of Brand Equity Across Categories
2. Responsible for delivery of budgeted topline and bottom-line of brands and categories
3. Responsible for enhancement of market share of individual brands across categories
4. Build a consumer focused, high performance, motivated marketing team
Operational:
1. Development of annual marketing plans for categories and brands within the categories
2. Cross functional coordination for alignment for Timely execution of agreed plans
3. Play a critical role in S&OP process to ensure marketing investments are well aligned with S&D objectives for the months and quarter
4. Coordinate with external Media/ Digital/ Creative/ Merchandising / Event Management agencies for regular execution of marketing plan and also develop new ones if required
5. Develop Marketing Research Requirement & Execute them post approval
6. Keep consumer connect, Generate consumer insights translating to effective marketing actions
7. Monitor competitive actions to ensure speedy competitive responses and proactive planning
8. Regular assessment of manpower and planning for continuous growth of the organization
