Position Summary :

We are seeking a communications leader with 12 - 15 years of experience, from product-led organizations. Candidates with prior advertising agency experience before transitioning into marketing will have a strong advantage.

The role will be responsible for driving communication and media strategy, with a focus on ideation, strategic thinking, and effectively briefing agencies and partners. A strong social-media-first marketing approach is essential, with proven capabilities in building impactful digital engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute integrated 360 marketing and communication strategies across digital, print, OOH, radio, and on-ground platforms.

- Lead mall campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and experiential activations.

- Drive digital engagement through social media, CRM, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and influencer collaborations.

- Manage tenant communications and collaborate with retail brands on joint marketing initiatives.

- Lead media relations, PR activities, corporate messaging, and crisis communication.

- Analyze consumer insights and campaign performance to optimize engagement and customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Specifications (Skills & Competencies) :

- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

- Fluency in English and Hindi required; Marathi preferred.
