We are looking for a strategic General Manager Talent Management & OD to lead enterprise wide HR interventions, succession planning, and leadership hiring at both domestic and international levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end leadership hiring for critical and global roles.
- Build talent pipelines, retention frameworks & succession plans.
- Design & drive HR strategies aligned with business growth.
- Strengthen the performance management system & leadership capability building.
- Drive employee engagement & positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws & HR policies.
What Were Looking For:
- MBA in HR from a reputed institution.
- 20+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Strong expertise in leadership hiring, succession planning & talent management.
- Preferably from Manufacturing /Industrial sector.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern HR technologies & ATS systems.
