- Control fixed cost within budget

- Deliver products OTIF as per agreed sales plan

- Maintain RM, PM and WIP inventory within norms

- Implement approved CAPEX and process improvement actions

- Comply with EHS and other statutory norms

- Implement and sustain best manufacturing practices (and strive for WCM)

- Maintain and enhance best demonstrated process efficiency and productivity (via automation)

- Optimise use of ERP and maintain ISO standards

- Perform the role of people manager

- Plan and conduct customer visits for self and team

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports

- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules are carried out as per plan

- Prepare, review and ensure adherence to Co| Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
