General Manager - Luxury Sales - Real Estate

International Property Consultants( IPC) as a part of Residential Services team for South Delhi.

Role:

Luxury resales and rentals in South Delhi geography

Responsibilities/Skillset:

- Residential transactions for luxury apartments

- Landlord representation and managing exclusive mandate engagements

- Lead generation, client relationship management, transaction execution

- Guiding the team in closing high-end transactions

- Team building and management

- Billing, collection, timely reporting to internal stakeholders

Must have:

- Must have held a client facing role for minimum 10-15 years.

- Strong track record of B2C sales and a proven track record of deal closures

- Real estate transaction experience will be preferred, but not mandatory

- Must come with a strong HNI & UNHI network

- Experience in selling luxury goods and dealing with luxury buyers

- Preferred industries real estate, luxury retail, hospitality (5-star hotels), luxury auto sales, relocation, and other related industries
