General Manager - Logistics/Trucking Operations - SaaS Industry

Job Description :

- Looking for a General Manager to lead a 50-member team and drive PAN India operations & BTL activities across the assigned area.

- The role involves owning end-to-end P&L including budgeting, cost optimization, productivity etc. and ensuring seamless on-ground execution.

- Drive team performance through training, performance reviews, and motivation. Scaling operations from pilot campaigns to nationwide rollout.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align BTL campaigns.

- This is a high-impact leadership role with direct ownership of revenue growth and operational scale.

Desired Profile:

- B.E / B.Tech + MBA preferred with 4+years of leadership experience in operations.

- Ideal candidate should have strong experience managing large calling/operations teams (30+), be highly data-driven, and possess strong stakeholder and team management skills.

- Preferred candidates from logistics/trucking operations (not warehousing) and also from FMCG organizations or similar, handling factory/ground operations.
