One of the mandatory requirements for this role is:

Must possess valid Regulation 6 qualification under Customs Broker Licensing Regulations (CBLR).

Aviation Commercial & Cargo Network Leadership:

- Lead aviation-linked commercial logistics and cargo coordination activities.

- Drive alignment between aviation operations, cargo movement requirements, and network priorities.

- Enable scalable and time-sensitive express cargo logistics support across integrated air-express operations.

Integrated Network Coordination

- Support integrated air-surface logistics alignment across operational corridors.

- Improve coordination between aviation, operations, commercial, customs, and logistics stakeholders.

- Ensure continuity, speed, and agility within time-definite and express cargo movement environments.

Commercial Governance & Strategic Support

- Support enterprise commercial initiatives linked to aviation cargo movement and logistics enablement.

- Drive structured governance across strategic commercial logistics activities.

- Participate in evaluation of commercial opportunities, vendor partnerships, and operational-commercial.

Stakeholder Management & Enterprise Alignment

- Build strong collaborative engagement with internal and external business partners.

- Drive cross-functional governance reviews and alignment mechanisms.

- Support enterprise priorities through structured stakeholder communication and coordination.

Operational & Logistics Enablement

- Strengthen logistics coordination frameworks supporting aviation-linked cargo movement.

- Improve responsiveness, visibility, and execution reliability across critical logistics activities.

- Support process standardization and operational governance initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business priorities.

Vendor & Commercial Partner Governance

- Support strategic engagement with logistics, aviation, cargo, customs, freight forwarding, and operational partners.

- Drive governance and performance monitoring across relevant commercial relationships.

The role requires:

- 15+ years of relevant experience.

- Strong exposure to customs and regulatory governance environments, aviation-linked logistics and cargo movement exposure.

- Stakeholder management across commercial, operations, aviation, customs, and compliance functions.
