Work Location : Mumbai (HO) Division/Department : Corporate Affairs Reports to: Head Approvals Role Description : We are seeking a talented and dynamic Liasoning Architect at Mumbai location for Industrial and Warehousing development division. The company is among the largest Industrial real estate developers with presence across India. He/She will be directly responsible for reviewing/verifying the master plans based on incumbent knowledge of the Maharashtra preferable having knowledge of MIDC,CIDCO, PMRDA (Pune Municipal) with perspectives for Warehousing Projects. Due understanding of the DCR of various cities, to be sourced and from corp. affairs team as well as NBC Standards for all fire and safety norms for all fields Position Summary: The Liasoning Architect will be responsible for reviewing / verifying the master plans and verify with the various state and city DCR's from all Statutory Submissions and approvals perspectives for the Warehousing Projects, with due understanding of the DCR of various cities, to be sourced and from various govt. bodies as well as ensuring compliance to NBC Standards for fire and life safety. He/She shall be responsible for reviewing all statutory approval drawings, checking and ensuring compliance in total to the various DCR and Govt. Gazette's published from time to time by Govt. of India Key Responsibilities - - Well versed with statutory norms including DCR of Maharashtra and their nuances, etc. - Candidate shall be directly responsible for reviewing all statutory approval drawings, checking and ensuring compliance and ensuring timely submission and process being undertaken for all projects. - Must have hands on experience with handling the drawings in Auto-cad and worked with Consultants in handling multiple Projects of industrial Park / industrial/ Warehousing / high rise commercial. - Shall co-ordinate and ensure timely completion of all statutory approval drawings complete in all respects. - Should be able to understand CDP / Regional plans / Development Plans / Zoning etc. - Be able to Calculate the Land use Area / statutory fees from the reckoner etc. - Understanding the various land liason policies and getting approvals for land. Incumbent Profile Education Requirements : Master Planner/Urban Planner/Architect hands Years of experience : 15 to 18 years Key Capabilities Behavioral and Technical : - Well versed with statutory norms including DCR of Maharashtra. - Able to analyses the DCR data and problem solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands. - Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment. - Techno Commercial Capability
