Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring GM Legal (Litigation) for India's Leading Conglomerate in the Real Estate Division
Location: South Mumbai
CTC: upto 45 LPA
Requisite:
Litigation Management:
- Reading the papers and proceedings matters and synopsis on legal cases, maintaining the relevant data, documents, action plan, order sheets, status, action taken report etc. readily available for immediate reference/review.
- Attending conferences, court hearings & co-ordination/follow up with external lawyers.
- Drafting and researching on judgments and amendment in law, reviewing judgment etc.
- Attending meetings/hearings before various Govt. Offices/Authorities, Police, EOW etc.
Knowledge of the below acts:
- Maharashtra regional & town planning act
- Slum Rehabilitation Act
- Land Acquisition Act (old & new)
- Maharashtra Public Trust Act
- Transfer of Property Act
- Maharashtra Rent Control Act
- Drafting of Contracts Sales, Conveyance of property, service agreements, arbitration
- MOFA & RERA
- Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code
- IPC/CPC 1908
