PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Managing the secretarial activities such as Board and Committee Meetings, preparing agenda and minutes, liaison with sponsors, shareholders, directors, and regulators - Tracking, managing and monitoring existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements for the ARC operations in India. - Convene and service board meetings, AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and lodge required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments - Timely preparation & submission of reports and returns with the regulators - Drafting and vetting of policies and procedures
