Job Title: General Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT function across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee implementation, customization, and integration of SAP ERP and HRone software.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage IT infrastructure, security, and compliance across all business units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology adoption.
- Vendor management and negotiation for IT services and solutions.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in SAP implementation (preferably in real estate/construction/infrastructure domain).
- Hands-on experience with HRone software deployment and management.
- Proven track record in IT strategy, project management, and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IT security, cloud solutions, and data governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications in SAP or relevant ERP systems will be an added advantage.
