Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile IT professional / consultant to join our esteemed organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core IT operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring information and cyber security, and supporting SAP basis and security. Additionally, the candidate should possess experience in product development and integrations, as our company has deployed multiple technological solutions. This role requires an individual who can adeptly handle comprehensive IT operations, new product deployments, and integrations.

This will be a 5-day work from office role based in BKC Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Core IT Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

- Maintenance of IT Infrastructure: Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems.

- Information and Cyber Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities.

- SAP Basis and Security: Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems. Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks.

- Product Development and Integrations: Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - support the internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products.

- General IT Operations: Serve as a versatile resource for IT operations, handling various tasks as required. Lead and support new product deployments and integrations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and cybersecurity.

- Knowledge of SAP basis and security.

- Experience with product development and integrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CISSP, CCNA, ITIL).

- Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies
