General Manager - International Business - FMCG

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate must possess more than 12 years of experience coming on the back of building business in the Retail space for an FMCG brand across the Americas and Europe.

My client is a leading brand manufacturing baked goods driving business growth across the country through multiple channels.

This role will report to the CEO while a lean team will report into it.

KRAs:

- Achievement of overall sales budget: Country wise and Category wise Volume/Value monthly/quarterly/annually.

- Profitability: Country wise and overall profitability.

- Preparation of Export Sales Budget: Along with ATL & BTL budget.

- Overseas market visits: For market mapping, distributor relationship management & assess the market scenario the company products and its competition.

- New product development: Business plan for new products in terms of pricing, volume projections, and resources required BTL plans, etc.

- Order management: Through team for timely order dispatches.

- Stock Out report analysis: Reports of distributors and order management on timely basis.

- Budgetary review.
