General Manager - Interior Design

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion

- Collaborate with in-house teams, architects, consultants, and vendors

- Oversee project budgets, timelines, BOQs, material selection, and quality control

- Mentor and inspire a team of designers to ensure design consistency

- Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and industry standards

Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture

- 15+ years of experience in interior design (real estate preferred)

- Strong leadership and vendor management skills

- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools

- Proven experience managing high-value, multi-site design executions
