We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented General Manager - Inside Sales to lead our tele/inside sales function.
This is a strategic leadership position core to our growth journey, responsible for driving revenue, building high-performance teams, and owning the P&L of the inside sales vertical.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales leadership within a Cloud or SaaS company, excellent team management skills, and a passion for driving scalable, data-driven sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire Inside Sales / Tele-Sales team with ownership of revenue delivery
- Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and team performance to meet and exceed business goals
- Own the P&L responsibility for the inside sales vertical and drive cost-effective growth
- Build, train, mentor, and retain a high-performing sales team through structured onboarding and skill development
- Design and implement a robust inside sales strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by driving lead generation, prospecting, and qualification processes
- Analyze sales funnel metrics and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to create effective lead-generation campaigns
- Discover and implement new methods to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven experimentation and structured A/B testing
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and channel alliances
- Bring a hands-on approach when needed to support sales execution and team development in a high-growth environment
Requirements
- 10+ years of total work experience, with 4+ years in leading large Inside Sales / Tele Sales teams, preferably in a Cloud or SaaS company
- Demonstrated success in sales leadership, team management, and delivering revenue growth
- Strong experience in P&L ownership, planning, and sales forecasting
- Excellent people leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach with solid experience using CRM tools (e., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics
- A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputed university
